Thursday

I hauled my old friend George Foreman out of the cupboard today and grilled some zucchini and mushrooms.  I made a Panini sandwich, using the (Ciabattta, I think?) bread I made.  Much better than the doughy "smashed" sandwiches I produced before.  This bread was a little too hard, I thought.  So I  need to make something in between. 

Other than making a late lunch, this has been a totally lazy day.  The apartment was cleaned this morning, and all that I have to do is recharge my Kindle reader!
