Kasey was dancing around in her Lance Mackey shirt last night, yelling "Ya Mon!" Influenced by her new friend, Newton Marshall, from Jamaica.
Lance's kennel is named "Comeback Kennel". Lance nearly died of throat cancer a few years ago. Don't know how he ever came back to win four Yukon Quest Championships and four Iditarod Championships.
The small spurs I have now fit Kasey's boots. She thought she was pretty cool in them. I couldn't convince her that ballet dancing didn't go with boots and spurs. I thought her Mom should take her down to the Cowboy Bar to dance.

Love the spurs. The shirt is pretty cool too. Barrie is one tough cookie going out in this frigid and/or breath-sucking wind.
