I finally made it through to the end of my iPod music.  Well, not really, because I didn't listen to the Christmas music nor the classical.  Listened to the last Willie Nelson tune last night.

I think I see a pencil drawing in this old photo I scanned this morning.  This was the loading cute up at Grandpa Raper's place.  Maybe it's still there.  I have done a couple of successful pencil drawings of other old gates, so might try this one

 

I used to love to go to the cutter races up at the rodeo grounds.  Here is my compadre, Barrie, at a cutter race with me.  I once took a great photo of Paul Grandsends' team.  I caught them will all eight feet off the ground.  Paul was shoeing Tracy's horse, and I gave it to him.
