What do you think of this idea?
If a person's lawyer sues someone and loses the case, then the lawyer should have to pay his client and the person being sued the amount of money they were suing for.
In other words, if I have a lawyer that takes a case to sue you for $50,000.00 because you didn't post enough photos of Kasey. If we don't win the case, then the lawyer has to pay me and you the $50,000.00 each out of his own pocket.
I think that would cut down on stupid law suits.
